About Us - Leadership

Solve's leadership team holds deep expertise in enterprise cloud based software strategy, implementation and support. Each of our clients works directly with a Managing Partner to ensure comprehensive collaboration and leadership.

Matt Blocher - Managing Director & Co-Founder

Matt is a seasoned software project leader who excels at managing the people, time and costs associated with delivering technology projects.  Having lived in England and Australia in addition to the United States, Matt brings a global mindset to all projects.

Matt has been focused solely on Workday HCM and Financials deployments since 2012, delivering over twenty Workday projects.  Because he is Workday certified and has worked for multiple Workday deployment partners, he has the inside knowledge required to avoid the common project ‘landmines’ and the ability to provide objective third-party advice with the clients' best interests in mind.  Matt is passionate about delivering excellent service and results through skilled project management, thorough system testing, and holistic change management.

Because he has worked with so many Workday clients, he has had the opportunity to lead both Large Enterprise and LDP projects covering nearly every Workday module include HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Onboarding, Recruiting, Performance Management, Time Tracking, Payroll and the full Financials suite.  Prior to entering the Workday ecosystem, Matt led scores of projects for other software and SaaS providers in the accounting, real estate, investment and CRM domains.

Suzanne Van Cleve

Suzanne Van Cleve brings 20 years of experience in the software business, with leadership roles at Intuit, PeopleSoft/Oracle and Adobe. Suzanne is passionate about effectively using technology to accelerate business growth. Over the years, she's found several key components to successful enterprise software launches, including clear project strategy to secure executive alignment, a strong and proactive change leadership plan to ensure adoption, deep user insights to optimize product configurations, and a clearly communicated implementation plan to get the job done.

At Intuit, Suzanne defined the user requirements for the company's implementation of Taleo for 10,000 employees across the world. Suzanne worked with Human Resources leadership and all levels of employees to define the company's talent mobility principles and practices, which were then accelerated and scaled through the Taleo launch.

As a consultant to Renovate America, Suzanne worked with the company's senior leadership to define many of the company's first human resources programs, principles and practices. Suzanne was the senior product manager for the company's Workday HCM implementation, including these modules: Core HCM, Core Benefits, Onboarding, and Payroll Integration.
